Incredible customer service. I had a question and they went above and beyond to provide me an answer. The poncho feels well made and like it will be nice and warm while also being fairly lightweight. I also love that the colors strike a good balance of being vibrant enough without being too bright. I was very happy to see this while it was on sale. Yes, it costs more than some that are out there, but the quality shows and having something that is made from 100% baby alpaca wool was important to me.
