SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates applies as following:

  ASIA, OCEANIA, AFRICA and others     US$50


The shipping offers listed above are valid only on merchandise ordered from solalpaca.com. Shipping rates include packaging, courier charges, and insurance.

Custom fees are included in your purchase, if for any reason your parcel is delivered with additional custom fees, please contact customer service to get the fees refunded. Email us anytime at customer_service@solalpaca.com

SHIPPING PROVIDER

All orders are shipped with DHL Express and delivered anywhere in U.S. You choose the address that works best for you (whether it’s your home, office, or the home of a friend or family member), and we take care of the rest!

Please note that orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. box.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your order number, a delivery estimate, and a link to DHL’s online tracking tool. 

DELIVERY

Anyone at the address provided when you placed your order can sign for a package. If the delivery date isn’t convenient for you, use DHL’s tracking tool to set up on demand delivery. You can decide when and where you want it delivered, and who will be receiving it.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Our standard delivery time of 4 to 10 business days. For the time being, orders are not expedited on weekends and statutory holidays, both United States and Peruvian.  

*Another shipping company may be used to ship items that are sold exclusively online. Please note that some of these items could take longer to arrive.

GIFT CARDS

If you purchase a virtual gift card, it will be sent to you by email. 

The total value of your package will be identified on the packing slip and in your shipping confirmation email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For more information about customs procedures that might cause delivery delays, please contact your local customs office.

If this happens, please contact customer service at customer_service@solalpaca.com, and we will provide you with a DHL airway receipt so you can track your order.
